Power of Governor to direct, survey and repair of works of Port Trust.

51.

this sub-section, the Port Trust does

not comply with the same, the Governor in

Council may, by notification, increase all

or any of the Port dues and charges, and

the dues and charges imposed by such

notification shall have the same force

and effect as the dues and charges

sanctioned and published under this

Orannance.

(2) (a) If at any time it appears to the Governor in Concil that any Port dues and charges should be reduced, the Governor in Council

may call upon the Port Trust to reduce the

same.

(b) If within two months after receipt of such

requisiti on the Port Trust does not make

the necessary reduction, the Governor in Council may, by notification, make such reduction and the reduced dues and charge s prescribed by such notification shall have the same force and effect as if they were sanctioned and published' under this Ordinance.

(a) The Governor in Council may at any time

cause to be made a survey and examina ti on of any works of the Port Trust or of the site the reof, and the cost of such survey oe examination shall be paid by the

Port Trust.

(b) If the Port Trust allows any work acquired or constructed by it to fall in disrepair, or does not complete any work commenced by it or duly estimated for and sanctioned, and does not, after notice given by the Governor in writing, proceed effectually
